Prospect Park Spring Fling is this Weekend.

We’ve had a couple of gray and rainy days and tomorrow isn’t going to be too much better. Let’s look ahead towards some warmer and sunnier days. This weekend from May 17th-19th, Prospect Park is hosting their annual spring fling! They’ll have spring activities for all and, though there will be opportunities to make donations, the event is free. Read more below!

Prospect Park Alliance celebrates spring in Prospect Park with a full weekend of special events and activities that brings together the entire community! Enjoy a staged reading of Molière’s The Misanthrope featuring original music by Tony and two-time Obie Award winner Stew and a themed ’90s roller disco featuring Lola Star, watch an 1860s-style ballgame, bring the whole family to the Alliance’s Spring Fling Fair, and get active with trail running, birdwatching, a park history walking tour and much more! Looking for even more fun? All weekend long, visit the Prospect Park Zoo for sheep shearing demonstrations, plus enjoy boating, biking and roller skating at the LeFrak Center at Lakeside and get your fill of unique eats at Smorgasburg.

RSVP to let us know you are coming, and enter to win a $150 Prospect Park Alliance Family Membership.

Please note that some events require separate registration, see below. All events are subject to change, so please check our website at prospectpark.org/springfling.
