Good News for Studio Renters.

We came across this article in DNAInfo New York, that states studio prices in Crown Heights dropped six percent last month and Prospect-Lefferts Gardens dropped 3.4 percent as well. The overall rent in Brooklyn keeps going up and up and up so it’s good to see an area here or there where renters can still find a deal.  Crown Heights has been growing pretty quickly with new bars and restaurants opening all the time.  It’s become very trendy and we’re surprised to here about this sizable rent decrease. Prospect-Lefferts Gardens has also been on a lot of people’s radar as an up-and-coming area. Now is the time if you’re looking for a studio to go out and get to know these neighborhoods if you don’t already.
