Ample Hills Ice Cream Factory & Museum in Red Hook Now Open

Since opening it’s door in Prospect Heights 7 years ago, Ample Hills has expanded tremendously. They even have a shop in Downtown Disney. Last Thursday they opened their biggest space yet. A factory, to supply all of the ice cream and allow them to continue to grow rapidly, which is also a museum! Eater in this article about the opening aptly calls this space an “ice cream playground”.
