We love exploring Prospect Park and all it has to offer, which is a vast amount of activities and relaxing areas. We’ve added some pins to our Prospect Park Pinterest board. We recently visited Zucker Natural Exploration Area, which is a kids park slightly hidden somewhere between the zoo and Long Meadow. There are no slides, swings or gates at this sweet little enclave. It’s made of natural materials. Mostly parts of fallen trees from past storms. There are little seats under shady spots made from tree trunks, paths where kids can hop from tree stump to tree stump, a sand pit, water area, and peace and quiet. Aside from the children playing around you. Definitely worth checking out if you haven’t already.
