With the popularity and intrigue of Brooklyn at an all time high, we are now seeing more variety of quality hotels offered to tourists. Many people I know that travel to New York, typically stay in Manhattan and visit Brooklyn rather than vice versa, in time it is very likely that we will see a change. There are already quite a few great hotels to be patronized in very convenient locations and coming soon is what is being described as a 13 Story “lifestyle hotel” in Downtown Brooklyn, Construction is underway at 61 Bond St/252 Schermerhorn St. This is a wonderful location with a ton of local happenings within steps of the site. The hotel name is so far unknown, but it’s sure to be a success and contribute to the shift in tourists staying in Brooklyn and visiting the city. Or, honestly, why leave Brooklyn at all?
