Spotlight on Beasts and Bottles.

The restaurant Beasts and Bottles Rotisserie at 151 Atlantic Avenue has been open for about a year and a half now and we wanted to write-up a little piece on it because it’s both a tasty and unique spot on Atlantic that some of you may not have discovered yet.  Located right on the border of Brooklyn Heights and Cobble Hill this rotisserie and grill is influenced by the flavors of Provence.  The exterior and the interior are beautifully designed.  The outside has a lovely window with the restaurants eye-catching name, in gold letters and the inside has dark wood floors and high wooden beams.  The little blurb below from their website describes what you can expect from their menu.  Check it out if you haven’t already!

Our kitchen features an open view of the Rotisserie where guests can enjoy watching their favorite item slowly cook in front of the roasted flames. We use locally sourced, organic farm raised meat and poultry and feature multiple breeds of heritage chicken to heighten each preparations flavors. We also focus on local organic produce featuring the splendors of our local farm partners and highlight them through our many roasted and grilled vegetable options.
