On June 6th, from 6pm-8pm, Realty Collective’s Nils Anderson will be at David Weeks Studio in Lower Manhattan for the GrowBizNYC Alliance event. This is a educational and networking talk for New York manufacturers who are looking to grow their businesses and thrive in today’s market. Nils will be speaking along with other “leaders in economic development”. We’re happy to have Nils and all of his expertise on our RC team! Nils Anderson is a commercial real estate agent with Realty Collective. He works with creative and manufacturing companies, with a geographic focus on Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx. Nils is passionate about job creation and supporting the unique cultural environment of NYC. Recent deals include a 33,000 sf lease deal for Hook Studio, a full service production company including a state of the art photo studio, set and prop shops, and talent agency; and 17,000 sf for the artist Carol Bove in the landmarked Brooklyn Clay Retort and Fire Brick Works Storehouse in Red Hook. Nils is also an accomplished visual artist. He has realized numerous public and private commissions, and exhibited his work widely, including solo exhibitions at Phillips de Pury, the University of Georgia Athens, and the Dikeou Collection.
