It’s going to be a beautiful weekend, getting up in the 70’s again on Sunday! Hurray! Spring is here and we are planning on taking full advantage and spending our days outside this weekend.
Saturday is an important day for all of us resisting the current administration and all the craziness that comes with it. It’s Tax March day! Many are heading to DC to demand that Donald Trump release his tax returns but we are expecting large crowds here as well. Make an awesome sign, put on your marching shoes, and head to 40th Street and 5th Avenue in Manhattan to join the protest. Remember that backpacks are probably not allowed so bring a small or clear bag if you need to carry things.
This weekend is also Easter and the tail end of Passover. While there will be many egg hunts going on around Brooklyn, one of the biggest is in Red Hook. See the details below. For those wanting some ideas for Passover dinner out, here’s a great guide from Eater NY. We wish everyone happy holidays and a wonderful weekend!
