As New Yorkers we feel we’ve tried every type of food imaginable. From Ethiopian to French Canadian. But have you ever tried Welsh cuisine? A new bar and restaurant just opened up on Smith Street called Sunken Hundred. Some of the dishes on the menu sounds like flavor combinations that will definitely be new to our palate, such as Ffagodau meatballs, minty peas yogurt and onion gravy. To see more of these adventurous (for some) menu items click here. Sunken Hundred is located at 276 Smith Street between Sackett and Degraw.
