Ample Hills Creamery opened up their first shop in Prospect Heights Brooklyn only six years ago. Their large two-story space in Gowanus followed a few years later and since then they have expanded pretty quickly with a few more permanent stores in Manhattan and Brooklyn and two seasonal shops in Brooklyn Bridge Park and Jacob Riis Park. They even opened a spot at Disney’s Boardwalk Inn in Orlando, Florida.
So, we know they are delicious and are super in-demand. Did you know they also offered classes? They have a couple coming up in September.
