BookCourt was our favorite independent book shop and not just because they were in the neighborhood. The people that worked there were very informed and gave great recommendations, the atmosphere was peaceful, and they had wonderful weekly events. They were a part of a tight knit community and many will feel the loss of this little haven for literary-minded folks. We were so saddened to here that December 31st was their last day open but amazed to hear they were around and kicking for 35 years! We’ll miss you!
