Updates on 160 Imlay Street.

The scaffolding has come down at 160 Imlay, which we were hearing would become a mixed use building a while ago but hadn’t seen much progress on the site. The developer, Est4te Four, put out a teaser site a while back, which doesn’t seem to be working at the moment, stating that sales would start January 2014. Does this scaffolding coming down mean that work is finally starting?
