Staging for this Brooklyn Heights Condo Adds Warmth and Character.

First of all, a big congratulations to Tina Fallon! 170 Hicks Street is officially “in contract”. This gorgeous condo had plenty of space and lovely details to highlight. The idea for staging here was to make this vast empty space feel more like home. See the “after” pic above and compare to the “before” pic below. Introducing some simple and neutral furniture, décor with a splash of color here and there, and rich textures did the trick. As you can see from the before and after photos, most of which are posted on our Pinterest board, the place looks amazing!
