Newly constructed affordable housing in East New York. Application process now open.

A new construction has gone up in East New York at 516 and 524 Vandalia Avenue. It’s called the Gateway Elton 2 and will have 144 affordable rentals from studios, starting at $494, to four bedrooms, for $1317 and everything in between. The application process has already begun, on December 19th, and must be postmarked and submitted no later than February 19th 2015.
