New French restaurant on Union and Henry.

We’ve been interested in what would become of the space at 215 Union Street, between Henry and Clinton, for a while now. It was vacant for the longest time and looked like it had such potential, with the front porch and french doors all along the front. Then the place finally had tenants and we saw work being done. Well, our latest update is pretty exciting. We have signage! And a website. La Cigogne is the name and they’ll be serving food from the Alsace region in France. If you’d like to know more about what kind of food that is you can check out their menu because the site is already up. And it says they will be opening later this spring. Dining al fresco anyone??!
