We have news! The space at 347 Van Brunt Street in Red Hook, which was until very recently the beloved neighborhood spot Hope and Anchor, is undergoing changes already. The Copper Pot has signage up (which you can view blown up below) and are nearly ready to post a menu and welcome customers from the looks of it. They state they are testing recipes and you can get an idea of what to expect foodwise from their Instagram pics, which looks delicious!! We can’t wait to try this new Red Hook restaurant and welcome them to the hood!
