The Green Bottle Coming to Columbia Street

The space at 257 Columbia Street was formerly Sebastianos Italian Cuisine for a fairly short time and it’s been closed now for a little while. We saw signage up for a new tenant opening up in the space. The name of the tenant is Cleaver Co and it looks like the new restaurant, cafe or catering company will be called The Green Bottle. We can’t find anything online and just have this paper to go by which says “locally sourced food and beverages coming soon” but also mentions that Cleaver Co does catering and events. We’ll see when they get closer to opening whether they’ll be serving the public as well as doing events. As usual, we’ll keep you updated!
