The weather has been relatively cool but the heat is returning this weekend. Many of you know that when you’re in Red Hook you can stop by Steve’s Authentic and get a frozen swingle to cool you down. If you don’t know, a swingle is a tiny key lime pie dipped in chocolate. Wait, there’s more! It’s then frozen on a popsicle stick so you can eat it on the go. It is the ultimate.
