Purbird, named for their Amish farm raised, antibiotic and hormone free vegetarian fed free roaming chickens is replacing the old Maybelle’s. This space on the corner of Sackett and Henry in Carroll Gardens has been vacant for a while now and we’ve been waiting for new tenants to come in. We have signage! They’ll have sandwiches, wraps, whole and half chickens, salads, and chicken burgers. Basically everything poultry. Sounds like a great addition to the neighborhood. Great for grabbing dinner on the way home from work or stopping in for lunch. Can’t wait to try it!
