Cryotherapy and Wellness Center Coming to Cobble Hill.

When we passed this sign we peeked inside, took a couple photos, then went home and looked up exactly what Cryotherapy means. According to Wikipedia it’s “sometimes known as cold therapy, is the local or general use of low temperatures in medical therapy. Cryotherapy is used to treat a variety of benign and malignant tissue damage, medically called lesions”.
Aptly named Nordic Edge, this wellness center is opening soon at 200 Smith Street, which used to be a high end eyewear store named Anne & Valentin. That was relatively short-lived at this location as it had opened in the space only a few years prior. We know from seeing other wellness centers and spas in the area that they do well and this certainly is unique to the neighborhood, which means no competition. We’ll update with more photos and news of their grand opening when it happens!
