Compére Collective Presents: Catalyst by Why Not Art x Beam Center

Starting Thursday, March 9 we are happy to host Why Not Art x Beam Center in their exhibition titled, “Catalyst.”

“Catalyst” explores the ways in which artists act as catalysts for change and collaboration. Drawing artists from more than a decade of Beam Center’s history, the show highlights the relationships between Beam, artists, and the young people at the center of their arts & youth development practice.

Beam Center will host hands-on workshops on two weekends in March as listed below.

A portion of all sales related to the exhibition will benefit our work with young people across NYC.

Featured Artists include: Adama Nanguin Coulibaly + Anthony Ramos + Caroline McAuliffe + Ebony Bolt + Kate McAleer + Kyle Luntz + Lauren Trager + Lizzie Hurst + Michael DeSutter + Romina Chuls + Rose Malenfant + Sarah Lammer + Shervone Neckles + Sylvie Freedman + Steve “Gerbo” Gerberich + Tijay Mohammed + Tim Fite + Xinan Helen Ran + Ye Qin Zhu
