The plan couldn’t have been better as Susan grew up in Maine and has a culinary degree, while Ralph was ready to get his hands dirty. Red Hook was the perfect location for them since it resembles lobstering communities of Maine for many reasons. This woman co-owned restaurant is sure to be a hit with anyone visiting the red hook neighborhood.
