It has been a stressful week/month/year/presidential term! We can all use some self care mixed with coming togetherness as a community. We are thrilled to hear about this new class that starts tomorrow at Cora Dance in Red Hook (358 Van Brunt Street). NEW CLASS! Vent & Vinyasa with Carlos Menchaca starts Saturday August 17th! Class will be held Saturdays at Cora Dance from 8:30-10:45am through September 21st. This is a donation-based class, focused on self and community care. Hope to see you there!
