There are now fifty pins on our “Art in the Hood” board.

When we started our Pinterest board, “Art in the Hood” about a year ago we thought we’d snap shots whenever we came across some street art and maybe eventually have a dozen or two pins. We then realized how much street art is around us. It’s amazing! We just pinned photo number fifty to the board. Check our board out here. We’ve also posted a few of our favorites. The metal man above is in Red Hook off of Van Brunt. We love the use of the entire building below from the Columbia Waterfront District and the scale and detail of the giant Blue Whale we saw in Williamsburg, also below.
