Realty Collective is now offering remote online notary services for all New York state residents! Thanks to an Executive Order issued by Governor Cuomo, all Notary services can now be performed remotely until May 15, 2020 (or at such point as the Order is no longer extended due to the COVID-19 crisis).
Victoria is also available as a remote Notary nationwide in all states that permit remote Notary services. NOTE: Our nationwide services are only available for documents where the state is marked as blank.

The cost for services is $25 plus $2 per page.
Here’s what you’ll need for your appointment:
- The ability to take part in a Zoom meeting. Unsure how? Here’s everything you need to know.
- A valid ID to present during the video conference
- The ability to fax or scan a copy of the document to the notary same day (scanning, attaching by email) and receive back from the Notary.
- Payment will be accepted via Paypal invoice. Here’s how to set up an account if you don’t have one.
