Nominations for Community Board 6 awards are being accepted.

Community Board 6, which represents the Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, Red Hook, Park Slope, Gowanus and Columbia Waterfront District, is asking for your nominations for two awards they will be giving out. This first is for ages 10-19, the Youth Acknowledgement Award and the second is the Robert Acito Award for Youth Involvement. If you know an exceptional kid in the neighborhood who has dedicated time to help the district or an exceptional adult who works with youth in the area, here’s your opportunity to nominate them.
