There was a small crowd formed at the corner of Court Street and Schermerhorn last week and we walked to the cross section to find out what the gathering was all about. It was a line for a new food cart called JJ’s Holy Cow. They serve up delicious-looking organic burgers and just opened the day we passed by. People waiting in the line seemed excited that this new lunch option popped up on Court. One man was really happy to report to us that the burgers were kosher. We snapped a photo of the cart, which is industrial and modern-looking and the menu (below) which is simple and looks delectable. It’s perfect for people working in the area looking for a quick option, especially for those conscious of the ingredients used and choose to eat organic.
