New Italian Restaurant Coming to Columbia Street.

The Columbia Street restaurant row is gaining yet another delicious-looking spot. Toby’s Public House just opened up in the spring and with a new season comes a new opening. We can expect Popina, a neighborhood Italian restaurant, to open up this summer. The awning is already up at the old Pok Pok spot at 127 Columbia (don’t worry Pok Pok simply moved down the street a while ago), so we assume that the brown paper will be coming down soon as well.
What can we expect? From the looks of their Instagram page, fresh ingredients and home made pasta! They’ll also have outdoor seating and, according to this Patch blog, a bocce ball court. Click the link to that blog to see a sample menu as well. Can’t wait!!
