Michaels Arts and Crafts Opening on Atlantic.

We’d heard months ago that Michael’s, a chain arts and crafts mega store, would be opening at the corner of Atlantic and Boerum in the Cobble Hill neighborhood but this is the first we’ve seen signs of it. In this case an actual literal sign has gone up. The opening is getting mixed responses. Some residents are confused and don’t think its a good fit for the area and others are excited about it. We predict they will do well since there really isn’t too much competition for something like this in the neighborhood.
