After posting photos about the Tax March earlier this week, we want to keep the momentum going! We strive to stay woke and connected to our community. In the past we have focused on meetings or rallies in Red Hook, Carroll Gardens and Clinton Hill because that is where our offices are located and where we are usually engaged in neighborhood events. However, our agents live and work all over Brooklyn and when we learn about events happening elsewhere we like to share the info with everyone. We keep hearing about Trump’s budget cuts and mixed opinions on how they will affect New York. When we saw that NYC Comptroller Scott Stringer and Assembly Member Robert Carroll were hosting a meeting to discuss what the next four years could look like for us budget-wise, we felt we needed to spread the news about this event since so many are wondering. This meeting will take place May 10th, 6:30pm, at John Jay High School in Park Slope. Show up with any questions you may have!
