Kao Soy restaurant open in Red Hook.

Red Hook has some really delicious restaurants and we love to here when there is a new place in the neighborhood, especially when that type of food is lacking. This place, Kao Soy just opened at 283 Van Brunt and a sign up before it opened said to expect “authentic Thai food”. Sounds good to us. We took a look at their menu and it seemed pretty standard but also pretty delicious. What used to be a space for a check cashing store, the new restaurant has been open now for a week or two. We’d love to hear from anyone who’s tried it!
