Happy Pants Cafe getting a revamp.

Last week we saw that Happy Pants Cafe on Court Street (between Carroll and 1st Place), was shuttered and that they had a sign on their window. They aren’t switching owners but they are changing some things around. Not sure exactly what as the note didn’t say. You can read it below. Along with what is written below it mentioned something about reopening in January but it didn’t look like it would be ready to reopen this week. I guess we will soon see.
