E-Waste recycling drop-off in Brooklyn

Very soon, January 1st in fact, throwing out electronic waste, such as phones and laptops, will become illegal in New York City. Seeing as though many people may be getting some new electronics tomorrow and may need to dispose of their old ones we’d like to share a couple of links with you to help with this process. Firstly, their is an e-waste recycling center in Gowanus open 5 days a week. There are also a few post-holiday e-waste drop-off events happening around Brooklyn. See that calendar here.
