CHIP annual cocktail party is coming soon.

Got an email about this and wanted to share it. CHIP, or the Community Housing Improvement Program, is having it’s annual benefit cocktail party Thursday, November 20th from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. It will take place at Astor Hall, New York Public Library, Fifth Avenue at 41st Street, Main Entrance. More info about the organization and the benefit is below.
“CHIP is the preeminent organization fighting for the rights of multifamily property owners, and is at the forefront of making our industry’s case politically and legislatively, at City Hall and in Albany. CHIP’s Annual Cocktail Party has grown over the years to be the largest networking event in the multifamily industry.

For non-members the cost is $200 per person, or join CHIP by November 14 to attend at no charge.
