A recent addition to the Atlantic strip in Boerum Hill is a sandwich shop called Boomwich. We passed by yesterday and snapped some shots of the outside. The menu is filled with mostly classic sandwiches but with a twist. Carmelized Onions / Pickled Jalapeno / Fried Shallots / Nach-yo Cheese / Firey Cheetos is the description under the “Cheese Steak”. Between the menu and the reviews (Eater named it one of the hottest new restaurants in Brooklyn 2015!) it definitely sounds yummy. Will snap more pics of the actual grub when we try it out.
