TESTIMONIALS

Gino brings many assets to his real estate career from a long background of varied and successful opportunities. Gino has retired from a career at Verizon in customer service, marketing and Information Technology. Before going to work for Verizon Gino taught Kindergarten, owned a diner and worked for Macy’s as a sales manager, all of which followed Gino’s service to our country as an army veteran of Vietnam.

Gino has lived in Carroll Gardens for over 50 years and has been a property owner and landlord for many of those years. He has lived through all of the changes in the real estate market and has developed a unique market savvy for the area. At times he acts as a free-lance consultant on new developments and his expertise is sought after to keep the preservation and esthetics of the neighborhood.

Gino brings attention to detail, honesty, genuine warmth, and compassion for people. He is a very straightforward person, believing that people deserve candor and the straight facts in helping them make sound decisions. Especially when those decisions are about selling your home or buying your next one.

Gino was asked why he decided to try his hand in Real Estate. “It was something I always wanted to do and I enjoy meeting and working with new people. It is also the perfect opportunity to share my passion and excitement for Brooklyn and its future. I believe Brooklyn is the best place to live in New York City. Recently, I asked a client who was moving from Manhattan why he chose Brooklyn and he replied, ‘because you can live in a real neighborhood and look up and still see the sky. Let’s face it you can’t get a fresh mozzarella or Manhattan Special on every block anymore, but within a short walk, you still can.’”
