Victoria was fantastic to work with. I needed to find new tenants for my condo after my previous tenant broke their lease early. She moved quickly to get quality applicants in the door. She handled everything from screening to lease execution, kept me in the loop throughout the process, and was responsive whenever I had questions.
Very organized, the funds breakdown was clear, payments came through on time, and she coordinated directly with my condo board to get the approval process moving. She also made sure the tenants had everything they needed on their end, which took a lot off my plate as a landlord.
I’d recommend Victoria and the Realty Collective team to any owner looking for a broker who actually follows through.
