We had posted a blog when we found out about our new neighbors taking over at 215 Columbia, which used to be Toby’s Public House. The Longshoreman, an Italian bistro who still has no social media or website we could find, is supposed to open sometime this fall.
We wanted to post the latest news we have, which is this sign we saw (photo above) that they are hiring. This proves they will be opening very soon. The windows are covered with brown paper and we haven’t gotten to peep inside yet but as soon as that paper comes down we will definitely be sharing photos of the interior! Please share the hiring info with anyone interested! They are looking for cooks, wait staff and bartenders.
