		1) How do city and federal governments define “affordable?”
		2) What’s the difference between “affordable housing” and “subsidized housing?”
		3) What is New York City’s “Area Median Income,” why is it important and how does in compare to income levels where we live and work?
		4) What type of housing do non-profit developers develop and how does “affordable housing” compare with that of private developers?
