Brooklyn Public Library Bike the Branches.

We tweeted yesterday that if you went down to Brooklyn Public Library between 4 and 6:30pm you could get fitted for and take home a free bike helmet. The DOT was giving away helmets for all ages and the line was down the block, though it did move pretty quickly. It took about half an hour to get to the fitting area. This event was happening the weekend before BPL’s Bike the Branches fundraiser, which is happening this weekend. It’s a fun way to tour the Borough and help out the library.
