70 Degraw commercial space rented to Cleanly LLC.

RC’s Nils Anderson along with the long-time neighborhood broker, Frank Manzione, closed a deal on a rental recently. They rented out a warehouse space at 70 Degraw, which you could see from the photo above is right near the Columbia Waterfront, to a tech start-up company called Cleanly LLC. The owners of the start-up, which is based in Manhattan, liked the proximity to Manhattan via the Battery tunnel. Definitely a plus for traveling and commuting in this area. Congrats to Frank and Nils and good luck to Cleanly LLC!
