4 Things to Keep In Mind about NYC “Heat Season”

Have you heard about “heat season” yet?

“Heat Season”  as identified by New York’s Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) is the period of time between October 1st onto May 31st that building owners are obligated by law to keep their home heated to a temperature of at least 68 degrees indoors when the temperature outdoors have fallen below 55 degrees.
