New book store in Red Hook.

Our lovely Mary Gaglio snapped this shot at 289 Van Brunt Street (at the corner of Pioneer). It’s a book store opened by our already established and loved neighbor Pioneer Works. Definitely a welcome addition to Red Hook. It looks so quaint too! A while back the space housed both a hair salon and small hardware store, splitting the space. To read more about the bookstore and what to expect of their inventory read this great DNAinfo blog. They are supposed to open at the end of the month with a party. We’ll keep you posted on that as we hear more news.
