Our Services

Whether you’re buying, selling or leasing commercial or residential property, Brooklyn real estate involves managing countless moving pieces. Realty Collective puts all our resources, knowledge and connections to use to make the process as easy for you as possible—going far beyond just listing, negotiating, and selling.

Any brokerage can call themselves full-service, but we encourage you to take a look at the unique way we center you and your needs in each step of the process to see what makes us different.

While some properties are in pristine condition, gorgeously decorated and camera ready, others need a little pre-listing prep. While other agents might put that responsibility solely on your shoulders, our agents handle everything from cleaning and decluttering to painting, furniture rental, and staging. And unlike other brokers, we do so at no cost to the seller.

Sellers can choose from an extensive menu of services to maximize their market value, including:

Staging

Vacant properties stay on the market longer than appropriately furnished ones. We maintain an inventory of curated furniture pieces in a variety of styles to turn a blank space into a place buyers can imagine themselves living.

“A brilliant eye for staging a space to make it as appealing as possible. [RC] made selling our home fun”

Re-design

Realty Collective agents declutter, reconfigure, and reimagine tired spaces to bring out the best in a furnished property and ensure potential buyers don’t have to work hard to recognize its true potential.

“Realty Collective into renovation possibilities helped us in creating our final vision for home and increased the value incredibly”

Renovation

Sometimes, there’s no substitute for professional help. And when you need a team behind you to get things done, Realty Collective maintains a network of reliable and trusted contractors, plumbers, electricians, painters, house cleaners, and more, at the ready. You won’t get vetted and local recommendations like this from anyone else.

“They suggested renovations—and the contractors to do them—that would improve the value of my apartment but not break my limited budget.”

Architects and Designers

Need help executing your vision for a property? We’ve collaborated with designers, developers, and architects from the beginning—all to make sure your property reaches its maximum potential. (And we love to share our before and after pics—please ask!)

“Victoria guided us through the home buying process with expertise, ease, and even brought in an architect to help us envision the potential of our future home!“
