It wasn’t very surprising to see that the large space at 299 Court Street, formerly Winn Discount, is going to transform into NY Kids Club, a business that offers preschool and an indoor gym/play area. Preschool is in high demand in the Cobble Hill and Carroll Gardens areas and in the winter months indoor play areas are also. Looks like this space will open in January. Perfect!
