After the sad news last week of the passing of one of our favorite artists people celebrated Prince’s life all over town. Parties popped up hear and there and people sang their hearts out to “When Doves Cry” and other favorites at karaoke nights. Littlefield, a great venue in Gowanus, had a Prince Dance Party that sold out within 24 hours. Here is another event to celebrate and cry and memorialize. DJ’s will spin from 5pm-8pm and they will screen “Purple Rain” at 8pm. Get there early! We predict a crowd. A giant purple and paisley crowd!
