Ok, so this may be old news but we are just learning about it so we figured we would spread it around since many of you may be hearing this for the first time also. Morbid Anatomy, which started on Union Street in Gowanus and moved to a larger space nearby on 3rd Avenue only to close it’s doors not long after, has found a new temporary home! This new space couldn’t be more appropriate for the museum. It’s the Ft. Hamilton gatehouse in the Greenwood Cemetery! They are free and open to the public from 12-5pm Saturdays and Sundays. Plus they will be hosting special events and lectures so keep checking their blog. We were very sad to report the closing of this unique and extraordinary museum and are always happy to share the good news when our favorite ventures will remain in the public sphere!
