JackAttack Fitness Group Program coming to 351 Van Brunt soon.

Calisthenics, resistance training and cardiovascular exercises make up the exercise program called JackAttack.  You can read more about it on the flyer above but we can tell you right now, it’s intense in a very good way.  Two free trail sessions will be held at our office in Red Hook on January 21st and 23rd.  You need to RSVP to hold a spot.  All the info is above but if you’d like to learn more about Trioumph Fitness, which is located at 10 Whitwell Pl in Park Slope, you can check out their website or the event on Facebook.  See you there!
